I am unable to connect with an Advisor through Live chat!

If you are unable to connect with an advisor available for a live chat, it could be due to the network connectivity issue from either end.

A simple troubleshoot could resolve this issue. The steps are as follows:

(For Android Users)

1. Force close the Psychic Txt App. 

2. Clear cache files.

3 Reboot your Device and try to connect again with the advisor available for the Live chat.

(For iOS Users)

1. Kill the app (Double Tap home button, swipe up the Psychic Txt app window).

2. Clear cache files.

3. Reboot your Device and try to connect again with the advisor available for the Live chat.
